A 30-minute gentle flow yoga practice to build strength and flexibility, while focusing on smooth transitions between poses. This is a great practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike looking for more than a typical workout. With meditation, breath awareness, and fluid movements, we'll get sweaty, stretchy, and self-confident!
